All work performed during Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT).
Client provides timely access to tools, platforms and systems.
Client provides accurate information to support onboarding.
Additional services are out of scope and subject to separate agreement.

Payment Terms

Pricing in AUD. GST may apply.
Invoiced monthly at start of billing cycle.
Payment due within 7 days of invoice.
1.5% monthly late fee after 14 days overdue.

Termination

Either party may exit with 14 days written notice.
No penalty on month-to-month agreements.
