Who We Are

Extra BIM capacity that works to your standards.

We work as a delivery arm for main contractors, engineering consultancies, and infrastructure teams — absorbing modelling and coordination volume without adding permanent overhead to the project.

Since 2018 our BIM division has supported project teams across five markets, combining advanced technology, industry knowledge, and meticulous planning to keep global BIM projects running smoothly.

We work to your requirements, not ours. Your project standards govern the work, your CDE holds the models, your naming conventions and worksets are adopted from day one, and deliverables arrive on your issue schedule in the state your team expects.

On large programmes that means a scalable pool of modellers and coordinators stood up per package and stood down at completion — with a named lead accountable throughout.

04

Value-Added Services

5 services
01

Bill of Quantities

Accurate material and cost data extracted directly from the model, so estimating works from the same source of truth as design.

02

Landscape & Site Layouts

Comprehensive site plans defining building placement and adjacent structures, with pathways, driveways, gardens, and parking fully represented.

03

Custom Revit Families

Parametric families built to your project components and manufacturer specifications, with the parameters your schedules actually need.

04

COBie Data Delivery

Structured facility data handed over ready for building operations and asset management from day one of occupancy.

05

Trimble Point Coordination

Setting-out points generated from the coordinated model for accurate field layout and construction verification.

Level of Development

Only pay for the detail the stage actually needs.

A model at concept stage and a model handed to a fabricator are two very different things. Select a level to see what gets built into the model — and what it’s used for.

LOD 100 — Conceptual massing

Overall building form, orientation, and gross area only. Enough to test feasibility, compare options, and support early cost planning — with no commitment to specific systems or components yet.

Clash Detection

Drag to see what coordination actually removes.

Left is a federated model before coordination. Right is the same zone after clash resolution. Every conflict caught here is one that never becomes a variation on site.

What we look for

Hard clashes between services and structure, soft clashes into clearance and access zones, workflow clashes in the construction sequence, and code breaches on egress and fire separation.

What you receive

A Navisworks clash report with a prioritised issue register, viewpoints for every conflict, assigned responsibility per discipline, and a resolution status tracked through to close-out.

Service Packages

Four ways to scope the work — pick where you need us.

Each package builds on the one before it. Select a tab to see exactly what’s included and what isn’t, so there’s no ambiguity about scope before we quote.

Model Only

Straight modelling to your agreed LOD. You send drawings, point clouds, or IFC files; we return discipline models built to your template and naming conventions, ready for your own team to coordinate and document.

    Standards & Governance

How we keep delivery predictable and auditable.

Large programmes don’t fail on modelling skill — they fail on process. Here’s the framework every engagement runs on, whatever the jurisdiction.

    Your Standards

    We Adopt, You Don’t Adapt

Your template, your naming convention, your shared coordinates and worksets. Models drop into your environment without a translation step or a cleanup pass at your end.

    • Client Revit template and families
    • Naming and classification conventions
    • Shared coordinates and level structure
    CDE Workflow

    Common Data Environment

Work happens inside your CDE, not on our servers. Models move through your defined states with a full audit trail of who changed what and when.

    • Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360
    • Trimble Connect and Aconex compatible
    • No files held outside the client environment
    Quality Assurance

    Model QA & Validation

Nothing is issued without passing a documented QA gate. Model health, naming, parameters, and clash status are checked and recorded against your checklist before every issue.

    • Navisworks clash reports with issue register
    • Model health and warnings audit
    • Parameter and classification validation
    Confidentiality

    Data Security

Project information on major infrastructure is commercially sensitive. Our controls are set up to meet contractor and client requirements.

    • NDAs signed before documents are received
    • Named-personnel access, revoked on completion
    • Client retains full IP on all deliverables
    How We Work

From your drawings to a coordinated model, in six stages.

Click a stage to see what happens and what changes hands. Every engagement runs the same sequence, so you always know what’s next.

    Scope & Review

You send drawings, point clouds, or an existing model. We review the scope, confirm the target LOD, identify what’s missing, and raise any assumptions in writing before a price is discussed — so the quote reflects the actual job.

    What changes hands
      Engagement Models

Three ways to bring us onto a programme.

Structured to fit how work actually arrives on major projects — sustained delivery, discrete packages, or peak-load overflow around tender and issue deadlines.

      Option A

      Framework Agreement

A standing team assigned to your programme under agreed rates and terms, drawn down package by package without re-procuring each time.

      • Pre-agreed rate card and terms
      • Named lead accountable throughout
      • Scale up or down per package
      • Team retains programme knowledge
Best for — main contractors and consultancies with a sustained pipeline.
      Option B

      Package Delivery

A defined scope, fixed price, and milestone schedule agreed before mobilisation. The commercial position is settled up front.

      • Fixed scope and lump-sum price
      • Milestone-based issue schedule
      • Defined revision allowance
      • Clear variation process
Best for — a specific building, zone, or discipline package.
      Option C

      Surge Capacity

Additional modelling and coordination capacity called on when programme pressure peaks, without carrying the cost between peaks.

      • Hourly rate, transparently tracked
      • Short mobilisation lead time
      • No minimum commitment
      • Same QA gates apply
Best for — tender deadlines and unplanned programme pressure.
      Capability

      Sectors we model and coordinate.

      Commercial & High-Rise

Multi-storey office and mixed-use towers, modelled and coordinated across all disciplines.

      Healthcare

Hospitals and medical laboratories, where MEP density and clearance requirements make coordination unforgiving.

      Aviation

International airport terminals — long-span structures with dense services routing and phased delivery.

      Rail & Transport

Railway structures and supporting facilities, coordinated against civil alignment and clearance envelopes.

      Energy & Industrial

Bio-gas plants and process facilities, with plant equipment and pipework modelled to fabrication detail.

      Residential Developments

Single dwellings through to multi-tower residential, with repeatable typologies built as parametric assemblies.

      Platforms

The tools our team works in daily.

Select any platform to see what we use it for and what comes back to you. We work inside the tools you already use, so files arrive native and ready — not converted and broken.

      BIM Production

      Autodesk Revit

Our primary authoring platform across architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines. Every model is built parametrically so schedules, sheets, and quantities stay tied to the geometry rather than drifting from it.

      What you receive
        Common Questions

        What procurement teams ask first.

Yes — that is the default. We adopt your Revit template, families, naming convention, shared coordinates, and workset structure from day one, so models drop into your environment without a cleanup pass at your end.

Yours. All models are authored and shared within your Common Data Environment — Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Trimble Connect, or Aconex — so the audit trail stays intact and no project information is held outside your environment.

NDAs are executed before any documentation is received. Access is restricted to named personnel on the engagement and revoked at completion. All intellectual property in the deliverables — models, families, sheets, and data — remains yours in full.

Yes. Under a framework agreement we stand up modellers and coordinators per package and stand them down at completion, with a named delivery lead accountable throughout. Capacity requirements are agreed in advance so mobilisation isn’t a bottleneck.

Our delivery hours overlap the Gulf working day in full and the Australian morning substantially. Coordination meetings are scheduled inside your day, and a fixed daily handover window means there is always a predictable point of contact.

Every issue passes a documented QA gate: a Navisworks clash run with an issue register, a model health and warnings audit, and validation of parameters, classification, and naming against your checklist. The QA record is issued alongside the model.

Yes, and most contractors do. A single level, zone, or discipline package lets your information manager assess model quality and compliance against your standards before any framework commitment is made.
